1. Seller
The Atelier Nouvelle webshop is operated by 深圳市艾数信息技术有限公司, registration number (Unified Social Credit Code) 91440300326479920G, legal representative 钱睿, registered at Yuanzheng Venture Building, No. 19 Langshan Road, Songpingshan Community, Xili Street, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Email: info@atelier-nouvelle.com. Phone: (+86) 755-6166-2316. This entity is the seller for every agreement concluded through this website.
2. Scope
Atelier Nouvelle is a business-to-consumer online fashion boutique selling women's clothing, including dresses, tops, blouses, knitwear, jeans, trousers, skirts and jackets. These terms apply to every clothing offer made on this website and every distance contract concluded between the seller and the consumer.
3. Prices and offers
All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs €4.95 and is free on orders of €75 or more. Obvious mistakes or errors in an offer do not bind the seller.
4. Agreement and payment
The agreement is formed when the consumer places an order and the seller confirms it. Payment is made using the methods offered on the website. The seller accepts internationally recognised payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard credit cards and PayPal; the current options are shown at checkout. Payments are processed in a secure, encrypted environment by a recognised payment provider. Until payment is received, an order has “pending payment” status and the seller is not obliged to deliver it.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer. A shipping confirmation with a tracking link is sent by email after dispatch. Any stated delivery times are estimates.
6. Right of withdrawal
The consumer may cancel the agreement without giving a reason within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached. Return shipping is at the consumer’s expense unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the return.
7. Conformity and warranty
The seller warrants that delivered items conform to the agreement and reasonable quality requirements. The consumer should report defects within a reasonable period after discovery by emailing info@atelier-nouvelle.com.
8. Complaints
Complaints receive a substantive response within 14 days. If the parties cannot reach a solution, the consumer may submit the dispute to the competent court.
9. Governing law
Agreements with consumers in the Netherlands are governed by Dutch consumer law, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of the law in the consumer’s country of residence.
