Which payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and iDEAL. All payments run through an encrypted payment environment.
How do I use a discount code?+
Enter your code in the shopping bag or at checkout and click Apply. One code can be used per order.
Which discount codes are available?+
WELCOME10 gives 10% off your first order when you join our newsletter. During the autumn sale, AUTUMN15 gives 15% off orders from €100.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not been shipped, we will gladly adjust or cancel it.
Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?+
Every product page has a size guide with body measurements in centimetres. Between sizes? Choose the larger one for a relaxed fit.
Do your items run true to size?+
Yes, unless the product page mentions an oversized or slim fit.
Shipping & returns
What are the shipping costs?+
€4.95 in the Netherlands, free from €75.
How can I track my delivery?+
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email after your order is dispatched.
How do I return an item?+
You have 30 days to return unworn items with their labels attached. See our shipping & returns page for the steps.
Newsletter
How often will I receive the newsletter?+
About once a month, plus early access to private sales.
How do I unsubscribe?+
Use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or email us and we will remove you.
