Shipping costs and delivery times

• Netherlands: €4.95—free on orders of €75 or more.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email.

Returns

You have 30 days after delivery to return or exchange your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached and in their original packaging.

1. Register your return by emailing info@atelier-nouvelle.com with your order number (AN-…) and the items you are returning.
2. You will receive return instructions and the return address.
3. Return the parcel with sufficient postage. Return shipping is at your own expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. After receipt and inspection, we will refund you through the original payment method within 14 days.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size? Request an exchange by email. Once we receive your return, we will send the new size at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us at info@atelier-nouvelle.com within 7 days and include a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
